The Member Service Staff is responsible for welcoming members and guests into the facility, for answering and transferring calls, inputting information into the computer, and for communicating policy and program information to visitors at the desk. In addition, every position in the YMCA of Greater Montgomery is responsible for upholding the Christian principles that are central to our mission by modeling behaviors that exemplify the four pillars of character - caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be multi-task oriented. Basic use and knowledge of computers. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
