The basic duties and responsibilities of a Member Service Representative include, but are not limited to: - Provide members with an excellent service experience every time;
- Provide ACFCU product and service referrals using our benefit statements of Save Time, Save Money, Make Money, Offer Convenience, and Peace of Mind;
- Accurately perform general teller duties such as open new member accounts, process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, or other transactions by phone or in the branch;
- Resolve member problems and/or complaints or direct to appropriate person;
- Balance cash drawer and perform teller cash recycler duties;
- Maintain working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial services; and
- Provide Member Service Representative coverage at other branches when needed (mileage over the normal commute to work is reimbursed).
Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience requirements:
