The American Swim Academy is hiring in the East Bay! We are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team in Dublin. Must be able to work some nights and weekends. Responsibilities and duties include answering phones and making follow-up calls, enrolling swimmers, and accurately entering data and completing member interactions using proficient computer and typing skills. The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
