What You Will Do

Design, develop, and ship high-quality software features using React, TypeScript, and Python, contributing to both frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate closely with product designers and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional prototypes and production-ready features.
Lead initiatives to improve product functionality, driving measurable user adoption and retention through impactful software solutions.
Navigate and resolve complex technical challenges while prioritizing high-impact projects that align with user-centric goals.
Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to achieve product-market fit in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

2-6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, proficient in React, TypeScript, and Python, with a strong focus on shipping production code.
Demonstrated experience in a startup environment, thriving in 01 scenarios with a hands-on approach to coding and problem-solving.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive collaborative efforts.
