Description
We"re seeking a Member of Technical Staff with product and design expertise to own the roadmap for ambient understanding, the intelligence layer that determines how Bee captures, interprets, and surfaces meaningful context from a customer"s day.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, design thinking, and technical architecture. You"ll define what ambient intelligence should understand about customers" lives and work hands-on with engineering and design teams to build it.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for ambient understanding capabilities across audio, vision, and contextual signals
- Design intelligence frameworks that turn raw data into actionable memory, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to architect context models, interpretation pipelines, and understanding systems
- Partner with product designers to shape how ambient intelligence surfaces in customer experiences
- Prioritize capabilities based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Build measurement frameworks to evaluate understanding quality and system performance
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and science teams to ship features
- Balance innovation velocity with privacy, trust, and experience quality
