Member Contact Center Representative II

What You Will Do:

• Assist member with account inquiries, transfer of funds, and stop payments
• Provide history and statement/check copies
• Process wire transfers
• Ability to assist members with Online Services
• Conduct loan interviews with members via phone
• Review loan applications and advise members of loan policies and current rates
• Assist in the process of clear vehicle titles and paid loan documents
• Open share, share draft, club accounts, and IRA accounts
• Redeem, renew and rollover Certificates of Deposit
• Issue, reissue, or block Visa debit/credit cards
• Assist members with fraud/non-fraud disputes
• Maintain effective oral and written communication with credit union employees
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to member
• Use and understand the phone system as instructed
• Actively expand existing member relationships by cross selling products/services
• Actively be a part of an awesome team!

Department Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm, with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pm

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm

The Pay Range:

$23.17- $29.86 per hour

Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. The target hiring range for this role is $23.17 - $26.84.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 6 months to 1-year related experience in a customer service position
• Must have pleasant and professional phone manner and service skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and be able to work for extended length of time on the phone
• Must be computer literate and have skills in effective written and oral communication
• Familiar with 10-Key and type at least 35 words per minute
• Must have excellent interpersonal, member service and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with members and other employees
