    Who We're Looking For

    We're searching for someone who:

    Holds a current Wisconsin CNA certification and Medication Administration certification.

    Has previous experience working with residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias (required).

    Leads with kindness, patience, empathy, and compassion.

    What You'll Do

    As a Medication Technician, you'll play an essential leadership role on your shift by ensuring residents receive safe, accurate medication administration while helping create an environment where they can thrive.

    Responsibilities include:

    Administer medications and assist with self-administration according to Wisconsin regulations.

    Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.

    Serve as a role model for Care Partners through professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and compassion.

    Support and guide caregivers throughout each shift.

    Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

    Coach and encourage staff while working alongside the Administrator and Wellness Team.

    Maintain accurate documentation and medication records.

    Ensure compliance with all Compass Senior Living policies and state regulations.

    Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing person-centered dementia care.

    Help create a safe, engaging, and welcoming home for every resident.
