Medicare Sales Advisor - Medicare & Health Insurance

About the Role

Turney Insurance Advisors is hiring a Sales Representative to advise clients on Medicare and supplemental health insurance products right in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. This is an in-office, production-focused role with provided leads, structured training, and a clear path to advancement. No prior insurance experience required; we will sponsor and guide you through licensing.


What You'll Do

  • Advise prospects on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary health products (cancer, heart and stroke, hospital indemnity, recovery care).
  • Respond to inbound leads and convert booked appointments into enrollments.
  • Conduct 150+ outbound follow-up calls per day to warm leads. No cold prospecting.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for life insurance and ancillary coverage.
  • Document client interactions and enrollments in the CRM.
  • Participate in ongoing training, call reviews, and performance coaching


What We're Looking For

  • Prior sales experience in any industry (B2B, B2C, retail, automotive, SaaS, fitness, solar, etc.).
  • Strong verbal communication and the ability to explain complex topics in plain language.
  • High personal accountability and a performance mindset.
  • Comfortable with high-volume phone work in an on-site, team environment.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year
