Job title- Medicare Billing Specialist
Job location- Monroeville, PA, (Local to Monroeville, PA – Must be within 1 hour commute)
Pay range- $19/hr W2
Duration- 6 months contract ( Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm)Job Description:
- Support the revenue cycle by handling billing, insurance verification, authorization, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely revenue capture.
- Analyze and monitor workflows for efficiency and compliance, recommending process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and all applicable billing regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement technology and train staff on optimized billing procedures.
- Provide high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution related to billing matters.
- Must have 6+ months of billing experience (Medicare preferred) and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hybrid work schedule – on-site in Monroeville every other Tuesday and Thursday; must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace, and reliable high-speed internet (screenshot required on top of resume).
