Job Title: Medical Technologist
Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Summary
A skilled Medical Technologist is needed to perform and analyze laboratory tests in a clinical setting. This role involves working with complex laboratory procedures, ensuring accuracy of results, and supporting physicians with critical diagnostic information.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory science, quality control processes, and the ability to interpret and validate test results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret laboratory tests at all complexity levels
- Apply knowledge of scientific principles and laboratory methodologies
- Correlate abnormal test results with potential pathological conditions
- Validate test results and determine the need for additional testing
- Monitor and verify quality control standards and procedures
- Communicate test results, reference ranges, and specimen requirements to appropriate personnel
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biological, Clinical, or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution
Certifications
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- ASCP Certification (preferred but not required)
