Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT / MLT / MLS)
Location: Eureka Springs, Arkansas (Onsite)
Work Type: Per Diem (No Guaranteed Hours)

The MT / MLT / MLS is responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hospital lab setting.
Must-Have Qualifications
• MT / MLT / MLS Certification (ASCP or equivalent – Required)
• Minimum 1–2+ years of laboratory experience
• Strong skills in venipuncture and specimen handling
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, QC, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot lab analyzers
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Blood Bank (Type, RH, Antibody Screen, Crossmatch)
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Experience in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, UA, and microbiology testing
Work Environment
• Hospital Laboratory Department
• Onsite role in Eureka Springs, AR
• Per diem / flexible coverage role

• Must follow Universal Precautions and infection control standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts as needed
• No set scrub color
• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
