Medical Technologist - Hematology (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hematology and other laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols
Analyze and report results, notifying clinicians of abnormal findings
Maintain quality control, sample integrity, and accurate documentation
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance



Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor"s degree in Biological, Chemical, or Physical Science (or equivalent)
Hands-on hematology experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety standards, and regulations (OSHA, CAP, CLIA)
Detail-oriented with strong communication, computer, and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1+ year of clinical laboratory experience
ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour
