Qualifications
Current or previous certification/licensure as an EMT, Advanced EMT, Paramedic, LPN, RN, Medical Assistant, Exercise Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, or equivalent patient care experience.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a positive, professional experience from check-in through treatment.
Build rapport and establish trusting, long-term relationships with patients.
Obtain and document vital signs, weight, and other patient health information.
Perform routine patient weigh-ins and track progress throughout treatment programs.
Conduct prescribed treatments and therapies under the direction of the provider.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and encourage compliance with provider recommendations.
Monitor patients during treatments and promptly report any concerns to the provider.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service while practicing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Work collaboratively with providers and team members to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
