Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 24 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in one location. Cardiac drips, TR bands, and hi-flow oxygen required. Must be able to read Tele strips.
Required Credentials: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.
Special Requests: Unit Details: Patient ratios: Days: 1 to 4/5; Eves & Nights: 1 to 5/6. Patient population: Cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psych, substance use disorder, GU, GI.
Shift & Scheduling: Days rotate between 7a-7p, 11a-11p, and 7p-7a. Every other weekend. Night positions are straight nights.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
