Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS & ACLS required by facility
Minimum 2+ years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience 
Cerner experience required

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual patient needs
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document vital signs, laboratory results, and changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and promptly report significant findings
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
