What Youll Do:- Provide patient care to hematology and oncology patients, including those with lymphoma, leukemia, sickle cell disease, and other hematologic/oncologic diagnoses
- Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and oncologic emergency care
- Monitor and interpret telemetry, dysrhythmias, and utilize rapid response teams
- Manage IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood products, and central/peripheral line care
- Assist with procedures such as blood draws, IV starts, PICC line management, and feeding tube care
- Document accurately using electronic charting systems like EPIC
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal care outcomes
What You Need:- Valid Ohio or applicable state RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience; Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
- Strong skills in telemetry, IV therapy, blood management, and patient care procedures

This assignment is in a fast-paced hematology and oncology unit, focusing on complex patient care including chemotherapy administration, emergency procedures, and infection prevention protocols.
