Under the direction of the VP, Medical Services/Chief Medical Officer & the Director, Medical Services, you, as the Medical Services Supervisor, are responsible for the clinical and administrative management, coordination, and daily management of the assigned Mental Health Partners (MHP) medical staff, providing leadership to staff and serving as the primary point of communication for your assigned team(s).Job Summary:You will oversee the daily operations of your assigned medical staff, including reviewing case load needs and schedule templates. You will also be the primary point of communication to assigned medical staff, provide clinical supervision, administrative management, consultation, and training. You will be the medical liaison to clinical supervisors and managers. You will be a working supervisor who will provides direct service to clients.
