POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing all applications for Medical Staff privileges and Designated

Professional Personnel privileges and maintaining all credentials files. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

CPCS (Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist) preferred.

TRAINING:

Secretarial/clerical experience is required. Previous Medical Staff Office experience is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
