What will you do: Performs patient greeting and check inManages all incoming calls and provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone with patient, staff and family members and triaging phone calls as appropriateschedules appointments and procedures for exams and regularly communicating with office staff. prepares and maintains patient charts and obtains pre-certifications and authorizations for patients' exams.Coordinates daily patient flow. Rooms patient (including documenting chief complaint, allergy, vitals, medicationExplains test procedures to patients and interprets purpose as directed by physicianMaintains proficiency with office computer systems.
