Medical Scheduler / Front Desk

System One is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Scheduler / Front Desk Receptionist for a busy healthcare client in Tulsa. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-focused team in a professional medical office environment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17–$19/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Verify demographic and insurance information
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide general administrative support

Qualifications:

• Previous medical scheduling, medical reception, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
