Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Management:
  • Develop and manage relationships with healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to healthcare administrators and procurement managers.
  • Regularly visit clients and potential clients to promote products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Market Analysis and Development:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.
  • Maintain a CRM database with daily updates on client interactions and territory management activities.
  • Create regular marketing campaigns focused on target markets and clients.
  • Customer Service and Support:
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with service departments to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer relations through excellent service and regular communication.
  • Coordinate with the Service department to resolve all client issues.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
  • Experience with various value-added sales techniques and a strong focus on selling services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to write clear reports and business correspondence.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of effective time management.
  • Professional appearance and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Other:
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with commission.
