JOB SUMMARY
Performs various clerical duties within the Medical Records Department, with primary assignment as File Clerk. Retrieves, distributes, prepares and files all necessary documentation for patients who have been treated at Trinity Health System, while maintaining patient confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school education. Course in Medical Terminology preferred.
Training and Experience
Previous related experience preferred. Employee may be given some on-the-job training.
