Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary

Qualifications of the Medical Records Clerk for SNF

• 2–4 years’ experience in medical records or healthcare administration
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office with PCC

Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk for SNF:

• Maintain, update, and organize patient records while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
• Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and internal record-keeping standards
