Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do - Job Duties

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Verify patient information and insurance details at check-in and check-out.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with medical staff to support patient flow and handle inquiries.
• Respond to emails and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.

What You Bring - Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a medical office preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
