Medical Receptionist - New London - Shoreline
This is a Temporary to Hire role. Minimum 1 year experience required.
Epic experience preferred. Medical Terminology Training. Strong communication, tech, and organizational skills; detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused.
Delivers excellent customer service by managing patient intake, scheduling, and calls using Epic and other systems, while coordinating with clinical teams as needed.
Schedules appointments and follow-ups, ensures necessary prep and authorizations, manages work queues, coordinates medical records, and scans non-clinical forms.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: $18.50 to $20.00 Based on Experience
