Medical ReceptionistAt Western Vascular Institute we are looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to assist with patients Check In + Outs. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, appointment scheduling and patient services (Insurance + Referral process). As a Medical Receptionist, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate has a solid customer service approach and can work efficiently in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and compassionate service to our patients.
