Job Title: Medical Receptionist - Floater

Location: Lakeland, FL
Pay: $16.00+/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Must be able to work between the hours of 6:10am-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, with weekends if needed
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Performs clerical duties at various locations; floats to various sites on a regular basis.
*Welcomes patients and visitors by personally greeting them upon arrival.
*Checks in patients including scanning in all required documents.
*Schedules and reschedules appointments including walk in patients.
*Burns CDs, and prepares film jackets, as well as uploads CDs from outside facilities.
*Responsible for opening and closing the cash box and prints transaction reports and verifies all payments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Two or more years in the medical field
*High School Diploma or GED
*Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills is preferred
