Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist / Business Office Assistant to support front desk and business office operations within our skilled nursing facility.


Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time
  • Day Shift
  • $35,000 - $40,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Greet residents, visitors, and families
  • Enter admissions into PointClickCare and prepare admission packets
  • Maintain census reports and office documentation
  • Organize mail, faxes, and records
  • Assist with billing support, statements, and collections follow-up
  • Support Medicaid (MMIS) and MassHealth administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of recent receptionist, clerical, or administrative experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
