Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist / Business Office Assistant to support front desk and business office operations within our skilled nursing facility.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time
- Day Shift
- $35,000 - $40,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet residents, visitors, and families
- Enter admissions into PointClickCare and prepare admission packets
- Maintain census reports and office documentation
- Organize mail, faxes, and records
- Assist with billing support, statements, and collections follow-up
- Support Medicaid (MMIS) and MassHealth administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent receptionist, clerical, or administrative experience
- Customer service experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
