Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Operator to manage incoming calls for our medical practice. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support patients with warmth and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Provide general information about the practice, services, and policies
• Document patient messages accurately and deliver them to the appropriate staff
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a medical office or call center preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications
