Raleigh Foot & Ankle Specialists, a division of US Foot and Ankle Specialist, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Medical Pedicurist to join our growing podiatry team. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional pedicure experience for our patients, in terms of both the quality of care and the level of customer service. 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a pedicurist and is comfortable working directly with patients in a friendly clinical environment.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical setting
  • Treat all patients with compassion, professionalism, and respect
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace
  • Comply with state board regulations and health/safety guidelines
  • Maintain accurate cleaning logs, autoclave logs, and sanitation records
  • Enter salon worksheet data accurately into electronic systems
  • Support clinic staff with scheduling, appointment management, and patient documentation as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Active manicurist or cosmetologist license from the designated state
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a pedicurist or nail technician
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, other employees, and the public
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a team mentality, flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and have a team-first attitude
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
