What You'll Do:
Transition spas into fully compliant medical spa facilities
Support hiring and onboarding of medical staff (NPs, PAs, RNs)
Manage vendor accounts & medical equipment setup
Travel to sites to train staff, ensure compliance, and launch services
Help roll out treatments: Botox, fillers, PDO threads, HRT, weight loss, lasers, microneedling, and more
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a medical spa, clinic, or healthcare operations
Strong in project coordination, training, and vendor management
Knowledge of compliance/regulations (preferred)
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 70%)
Clinical background (RN/NP/PA) is a plus but not required
