- Experience: Proven experience with inpatient malignant medical oncology and hematology consults; comfortable with malignant and benign oncology procedures

What Youll Do:
- Lead the inpatient medical oncology team, supervising advanced practice providers and managing inpatient consults
- Handle 20-25 patient encounters daily, including new and follow-up cases
- Perform special procedures related to malignant and benign oncology cases
- Document patient care on the same day for inpatient and outpatient services (outpatient documentation within 3 days)
- Participate in overnight call from home, with minimal call volume, on a flexible schedule
- Collaborate with hospital teams at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital in Minneapolis
- Provide expert consultation and coordinate care for complex oncology patients
- Support the leadership of oncology services and participate in hospital coverage as needed
What You Need:
- Minnesota state medical license or IMLC eligibility
- Board certification in Oncology and Hematology
- Experience with inpatient malignant medical oncology patients and hematology consults
- Comfort with outpatient and inpatient documentation workflows
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
Preferred:
- Prior privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital in Minneapolis
