Location: Tampa, FL Status: Full Time, non-exempt Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, may vary

The Medical Office Representative is responsible for:
• Supporting the physicians office healthcare team • Greeting and signing in patients • Obtaining patient information • Scheduling patient appointments • Assisting with patient inquiries • Arranging for other procedures • Laboratory and consultations with referral doctors • Collecting and posting payments • Assisting patients with billing questions • Ensuring completeness of encounter form prior to patient checkout • Sorting and distributing mail • Copies medical records
Required:
• Education: High School or Equivalent • Experience: 6 months of healthcare or 6 months of Customer Service
