Responsibilities:
Front Office:
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering phones
- Updating patients demographics
- Verifying insurance
- Scanning documents
Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- EMR system
- MA certificate or High school diploma
