Position Summary:
The Medical Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of a medical office. This role ensures efficient administrative processes, regulatory compliance, high-quality patient service, and effective staff management.


Job Description:
  • Oversee daily office workflow and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures. 
  • Manage billing, coding, and insurance claims processes. Monitor revenue cycle, accounts receivable, and collections. Prepare budgets, track expenses, and oversee payroll
  • Manage scheduling systems, patient flow, and appointment coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Maintain accurate medical records and office documentation. Prepare for audits and inspections

Required Qualifications

  •  High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration or related field) 
  •  Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting 
  •  Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance procedures 
  •  Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 
  •  Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software
  • experience with QuickBooks, excel, outlook calendar.
