JOB SUMMARY
This position supports the various programs of Benton County Health by providing excellent, courteous, positive customer service to a widely diverse community/client base externally and internally by phone and in person. The environment is fast paced and ever changing. This position is required to cover at various locations throughout the Benton Health Service system.

Annual salary range of:
$42,349- $57,312
Note: salary placement will be based on your level of directly related experience and education consistent with Oregons pay equity law.
Plus, an additional 5% Bilingual Differential upon successful completion of required language testing
This position guarantees two salary raises within your first year. Increases are given at the end of the 6-month probationary period and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.
For most employees who take advantage of health benefits the salary only makes up 60% of their total compensation. The County invests in you and your family!
