Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

This position supports the various programs of Benton County Health by providing excellent, courteous, positive customer service to a widely diverse community/client base externally and internally by phone and in person. The environment is fast paced and ever changing. This position is required to cover at various locations throughout the Benton Health Service system.

Please Note:

  • This is a Bilingual Spanish/ English position and offers a Bilingual Differential of a base salary plus an additional 5%, upon successful completion of required language testing.
  • This position is a four 10 hour day position.

  • $42,349- $57,312

  • Note: salary placement will be based on your level of directly related experience and education consistent with Oregons pay equity law.

  • This position guarantees two salary raises within your first year. Increases are given at the end of the 6-month probationary period and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:

  • High school diploma or GED; AND
  • 3 years of administrative support, office and/or customer service experience.

An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be accepted. Please note, candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.

Special Requirements:

  • This position is Bilingual and requires duties to be done in both English and Spanish. Successful completion of language testing is required.
  • Valid Oregon drivers license or ability to obtain upon hire. This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.
  • Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
