1. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
2. A minimum of one year of experience as a full-time medical clerk, or similar patient administrative, document/file management role, in a healthcare environment (i.e. Hospital, clinic or doctor’s office) within the past two years.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
