US Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nail Technician to support routine and at-risk foot care for patients in a clinical setting. This role works closely with podiatrists and clinic staff to provide professional medical pedicure services while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards.
 
Nail Technician Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):  
  • Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical environment
  • Treat all patients with compassion, professionalism, and respect
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain autoclave and sanitation logs
  • Ensure compliance with state board regulations and infection control standards
  • Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Enter treatment and worksheet data accurately into electronic systems
  • Support clinic operations by assisting with front desk or medical assistant tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Nail Technician Required Education, Skills and Experience: 
  • Active Manicurist or Cosmetologist License in the applicable state
  • 1+ years of experience as a nail technician or pedicurist
  • Experience performing medical or at-risk foot care preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong attention to detail and sanitation protocols
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
