This Direct Hire opportunity offers strong exposure to complex medical malpractice matters in both federal and state courts, providing meaningful litigation experience and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, high-performing legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle medical malpractice litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Assist with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
- Collaborate with team members while managing individual client responsibilities.
Requirements/Education:- 35 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
