What You'll Do:

As a Medical Lab Technician Laboratory, you will perform vital laboratory testing with precision and efficiency, focusing on blood bank procedures. Required Skills:

Previous blood bank experience is essential
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Proficiency with blood banking instrumentation and technology
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in high-paced trauma or emergency settings
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent
Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS)

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in blood banking
Prior experience working night shifts

Other Requirements:

Must hold valid state licensure and certification
Flexibility to work 7-on/7-off night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
