What You’ll Do
  • Perform blood bank testing and procedures according to established protocols
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of blood products
  • Maintain laboratory safety and quality control standards
  • Collaborate with medical staff on blood compatibility and transfusion needs
  • Document and report laboratory findings precisely
  • Assist with general lab duties as required
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines

What You Need
  • Current Louisiana licensure as Clinical Laboratory Personnel – Technician or Technologist
  • Blood bank experience required
  • Strong knowledge of blood banking procedures and safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
