Duties:
Job Summary: Under direct supervision by laboratory technologist, leader and/or supervisor, and according to defined protocols, performs select procedures on blood and/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems. May perform phlebotomy as needed.

Required Skills & Experience: Ability to communicate effectively with others. Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.

Required Education: Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science.
