Responsibilities:
Performsaccurateand reliable analyses requiring a complex network of steps and variables
Recognizestechnical, instrument or physiological problems,identifyingcauses and evaluating alternative solutions
Confirmsand verifying laboratory resultsutilizingin-depth knowledge of techniques,principlesand instruments
Correlatesand interpreting data based on knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results
Establishesand monitorsquality assurance programs
Participatesin performance improvement programs
Must have ASCP accreditation or ASCP registry within 9 months of hire.
