What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and virtual channels
- Guide individuals step-by-step through the funding process with clarity and empathy
- Manage a high volume of inquiries (approx. 40% phone / 60% email + digital communication)
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidential records
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep processes running efficiently
- Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience within healthcare
- Strong written communication skills (this role is very email-focused)
