We are looking for a friendly, dynamic self-starter to join our team and contribute to a variety of administrative and clerical efforts, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

·         Scheduling appointments
·         Translating (Spanish/English bilingual skills) as needed 
·         Directing patients to clean and presentable rooms
·         Collecting co-pays and balances
·         Obtaining receipts of delivery, signed by patient
·         Maintaining patient confidentiality
·         Answering and directing incoming calls
·         Filing patient charts
·         Data input 
·         Corresponding with medical personnel, hospitals, health insurance companies, etc.
·         Medical insurance authorizations and verification
·         Prioritizing tasks and workload, being flexible in assuming various assignments
·         Being a team player, having a positive attitude, presenting professional attire, appearance, and demeanor
·         Filling in when needed with other front-office positions

 Desired Skillset

The ideal candidate for this position is a career-minded professional and team player with a positive attitude. Other requirements include but are not limited to:

·         Bilingual (Spanish/English)
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
·         Computer literacy
·         Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
·         Punctuality and accountability
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
