What You’ll Do:
Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism
Handle calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
Protect patient privacy and ensure accurate documentation
Resolve concerns with empathy and escalate when needed
Discuss payments, reconcile cash drawers, and prep reports
What You’ll Need:
Customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
Clear communication & strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy and detail-focused
