Check-in/Check-out patients
Reschedule/Cancel Appointments
Explain the doctor's recommendations
Verify patients' follow-up on doctor's recommendations
Order patient records
Answer phones
Assist with patients' intake information
Skills
Work experience as a medical front desk person, Receptionist, or similar role
Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
