Medical Equipment Technician

Role: Equipment Technician 

Location: Santa Clara, CA / Onsite

Duration: long Term Contract

Job Descriptions:-

Qualifications 

·         Experience supporting complex manufacturing or test equipment 

·         Diploma or engineering/ mechatronics/ equivalent associate degree. 

·         Experience in regulated medical devices or robotics environments 

Key Responsibilities 

·         Troubleshoot complex or system-level equipment failures 

·         Support IQ/OQ activities, data collection, and issue resolution 

·         Partner with Equipment Engineering on root cause and corrective actions 

·         Lead equipment stabilization during NPI ramp-up 

·         Improve equipment reliability and uptime 

Skills 

·         Advanced mechanical, electrical, and system-level troubleshooting 

·         Strong documentation discipline and problem-solving skills 

·         Effective under production pressure 

·         Independently execute and document preventive maintenance (PM) activities, update asset records, and utilize CMMS history to support routine troubleshooting activities.
