Medical Equipment Service Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Technician to deliver, assemble, install, maintain, and repair medical equipment for patients in their homes and healthcare facilities. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills, as technicians regularly work with elderly patients and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, assemble, install, and pick up medical equipment.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 pounds.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Experience working with elderly individuals or in healthcare is a plus.
