Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides pharmacy services during night shifts in a clinical setting, ensuring safe medication dispensing and patient care. Supports healthcare team by managing medication therapies and verifying prescriptions accurately.

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately following established protocols.
Review prescriptions to ensure proper dosage and compatibility.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication plans.
Maintain detailed records of medication dispensing and patient interactions.
Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
Possess minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in medication management and pharmacy software.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Maintain professionalism and adherence to pharmaceutical regulations.
