Warwick Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as Medical Director in our long-established small animal practice.
This is a true clinical leadership role — our Medical Directors spend over 90% of their time practicing medicine, providing leadership without stepping away from patient care.

Your Role as Medical Director
You will:
- Guide medical standards and patient care quality
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians
- Collaborate with the Hospital Manager on workflow and operations
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture
- Maintain an active clinical caseload
Operational responsibilities are shared with an experienced Hospital Manager and CareVet leadership, so your focus remains on medicine and mentorship — not administrative overload.

- Strong fondness and understanding of animals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of animal behavior
- Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
